Shipping Costs

Address Accuracy

  • Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or appropriate solution if the issue is confirmed.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery or unclaimed packages may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
